Fubang Group visits Asian Metal

On December 5, 2014, Mr. Shen Bo, Chairman from Fubang Group, Mr. Ma Jianwei, Vice General Manager and Mr. Ding Fusheng, General Manager Assistant of the Group visited Asian Metal and talked about the Malaysian bauxite market with Mr. Friday Gao, Senior Analyst of Asian Metal.

According to Mr. Shen, their group has been dealing with iron ore and plans to start Malaysian bauxite business. “We have several bauxite mines in Malaysia and have our own team there, so it will be easy to develop bauxite,” said Mr. Shen, who pointed out that they already purchased equipments for washed bauxite. They will be able to supply high-grade bauxite Al 45%min in the next year.

Meanwhile, they can supply bauxite from Solomon Islands. The alumina content is high-held at 47%min, while silica is lower than 1%.
